John, is that Seaworld's winter training ground?

In theory there is no difference between theory and practice.

In practice, there is!

Nah, Sea World prefers to feed their K whales live trainers.

Started at Selinda in Botswana (my brother and sister in law run the camp / have links to all the other places we stayed at which helped with the costs!). Probably biased, but it was the best part of our stay:

Next onto Motswiri also in Botswana. Great for horse riding, walking, canoeing etc

Hawange park in Zimbabwe. Amazing for close up watching of elephants as they drink from the swimming pool

Then Victoria Falls. Had to buy a set of Zimbabwe bank notes from the hyper inflation days - from $500 to $100,000,000,000 (One hundred Trillion Dollars!).

Down to Rocktail bay for unspoilt beach, snorkling, diving etc

Three weeks and 13 flights later its back home to the credit card bills....

Was going to post a few more photos, but just hit my upload quota for the site. Can squeeze in one more of Vic Falls

Normally I'd say this is the most boring photo ever posted to this thread, except that as I drove past the half dozen people around the circled area today and then circled the block to take this photo, I couldn't help but notice that they were all wearing US Secret Service shirts and jackets and appeared to be emptying the contents of the black minivan in to what were clearly evidence bags. More interestingly, this was taken just south of the intersection of 25th Avenue and 79th Street, i.e., where the approach lights are for runway 4 at LaGuardia Airport. Hmmm. Buckle up, folks! We're in for some turbulence!

Sorry 'bout that, Mr Bahar.

Right. That should take care of the problem, sir.

The Mangust is the only annimal who can kill a Cobra. 60's irony in a name

A few posts up is a photo of a Cobra. Photo below shows same cobra under attack. This time it was a no score draw as they both retreated.
