After a pleasant, and at times, exhilarating, drive along twisty country roads, in the company of an eclectic bunch of cars (Viper, Rover 3500, Mustang, Porsche 924, Evora, Elan, MGB...), we met up with many other cars on a suburban park in Auckland - for refreshments and mutual admiration of each others' cars. This young lady is showing great taste already.

Placed the order for my cup 250 3 days ago and delivery is expected in june.

Wanted to buy an Exige Cup originally but as I'm planning on using it on trackdays extensively I figured the extra running cost was not worth it to me at this time.

Really excited!

Option list:

• Metallic Grey
• Aircon (I really didn't want to but took the option for my girlfriend if I want to take her on weekend drives)
• Floormats (for the weekend drives with the girlfriend also haha)
• Carbon Aero Pack
• Carbon fibre hardtop
• Carbon fibre front access panel
• Carbon fibre tailgate
• Carbon fibre roll hoop cover

Planning on buying the carbon sill covers, carbon vent covers and carbon airco/radio covers from Komotec.

Also installing the Aim MXS Strada. 

Didn't opt for the titanium exhaust as the dealer said it might give issues on track due to dB limits (Zolder for example is really strict).
Looking at aftermarket lightweight options there. (Open for suggestions!)

The two piece brake kit also seemed unnecessairy according to the dealer. Will replace the OEM brakes with a decent upgrade brake kit from AP or something once they need replacing.

Should be good fun. CAN'T WAIT!

This wouldn't be a color i'd be a huge fan of but it works very well! Specially in combination with the cognac interior. Very sleek Andy!

elise has now sold garage no 2 is empty   not sure at mo Andy,  still got my lovely  evora, one always has to keep one lotus in active duties at all times....  it opens the possibilities for other lotus types 😉 lots of looking going on... upgrade or side grade but   esprit and original europa's featuring highly in internet time..
