Thanks! Not sure if I was noting all 340R in 2002.

I was at the auction and bought one of the Team Lotus leather reception chairs.

I had a Europa in the sale. Lot u/s.

Good riddance Coys. Run by dodgy individuals for the last few decades. I bought the 50,000th Lotus in a Coys auction, I paid in full, they tried to lose the history of the car but I was wise to that and they lied to the vendor saying I hadn't paid. I knew the vendor, so that wasn't gonna wash. Thankfully they are gone.

Off to Newlands meet in my R today.

Yep @exeterjeep that is my Europa. Sold later that year, privately. Spyder chassis so not to my liking but a good car.

I underbid ACBC flight bag, monogrammed. I think it went for just shy of £3k.

Back on topic, Newlands today:

Finally to 42,000 miles.

Justin

You need to drive it more Justin as you gained 3% more fuel for that additional mile!  The joy of Lotus electronics and fuel gauges!

The small print.

My comments and observations are my own, invariably "tongue in cheek", and definitely, sarcastic in nature. Therefore, do not take my advice, suggestions, observations or posts seriously or personally and remember if you do, do anything, that I may have suggested, then you have done this based solely on your own decision to do so and therefore you acknowledge responsibility and accountability (I know, in this modern world these are the hardest things for you to accept) for your actions and indemnify me of any influence, responsibility, accountability, or liability, in what you have done. In other words, you did it, so suffer the consequences on your own!

January unwise.....hard journey home, I had to stop on M25 due to standing water and very low visibility. Once the traffic built up and slowed, I could rejoin. Bailed out at Jct 11 and took the A roads for the last few miles.
