Did the lights literally go out or did you just close your eyes?

I woke up with a stiff back today, we just had a new sofa delivered and it fully reclines so no more falling asleep sitting up! Managed to flop sideways though, felt as uncomfortable as it looked!

Hangover today oh speedy Essex boy?

Ok, Iain. I admit I ALWAYS sleep downstairs on a Saturday. It greatly aids in avoiding divorce papers! :P

If I went to bed I'd only paw at the mrs, try it on and then pass out on top of her!

After she has pushed me away I would proceed to snore and throw my arms about and no matter what she shouts/hits me with, I won't wake up!

In the rare occasion that I do wake up following the beating she gives me I tend to say things like "Whatcha doin ya basts, come on I'll take you all on, F off you stinking etc etc and on the rare occasion I say "Bluuuueeeeerrrrrkkkk", though that is normally associated with a multi coloured yawn :lol:

So when I wake up with a "hi honey", I get some verbal followed by not talking to me for 3 days.

This has actually happened several times and as such I now sleep downstairs after my digesting of alcohol! :)

You gotta say though! What woman wouldn't find me attractive....eh?.....eh?....

I'm too old, felt sleepy after one cider :) but no headache on next morning :P

Nope, nor yesterday :):P

Keep telling you oh equally speedy one that you need to try forcing a pint or two of water down your neck before retiring and nine times out of ten you'll be hangover free... at least that's what works for me :lol:

After years of costly and painstaking research (all conducted in the name of science you understand) I've found that I usually only get 'em after over-doing the mixing... normally by combining too much beer with too much red wine, port and/or 'coloured' spirits.

Right, on that note I'm off to the pub to do some more research :lol:

2 little boys had 2 little toys, each had a wooden horse........blah blah something about we'll ride just as fast with 2.......

I miss my wooden horse...our nanny burned it one snowy day - no issues as a result of that though... :mellow:

boom boom crash! ....it's the weekend! :blink:

Spare parts should be in the letter box today - and wife just rang and and asked what booze we were low on :blink:

Not the weekend but Thanksgiving over here = 2 days off for many of us. So my (long) weekend is here. :mellow:

Even better, the wife's got to work tomorrow so I can work on the Esprit without interruption.

What everyone tends to forget is that I am actually teetotal during the week and these posts only go up at weekends....unless I fall off the wagon like last night....but it's a rarity...honest.

You should look to our almighty leader Bibs. He kept up with me at the factory visit party! We had many who joined us for one night but we were the only 2 both nights.....Actually Laura was there too credit where it's due....
