Engine oil, who uses what?

One of the oil coolers has blown on the old girl so as part of that I'll do an oil change (one is due anyway).  For the past few years I have been using Miller Semi Synthetic 20/50  because that is what Paul Matty used when I had a C service there is 2007, but before I go out and buy some just wondered what everone else recommends and where do you buy from?

I always used Castrol Edge Sport from Opie Oils.

Edge sport, as it should! Although its going to be interesting to find the best alternative as Edge sport has been stopped a little while back, so that which is available will at some point dissapear..

Used Redline initially, but then changed to Castrol Edge as that is what Lotus said and it was a darn sight easier to find.

Didn't know it had been discontinued though. Is it simply going to change names?

Well according to my Castrol specialist, its being replaced with Castrol Edge 10/60, which (according to the blurb) is a suitable recomended replacement meeting requirements....whether theyve changed the normal Edge to be more suitable, or just dont make the specialist Edge Sport due to low demand who knows..bit like TAF-X, still available from some places, but they stopped making it many moons ago..so its all old stock
