IWM Duxford Spring Car Show - Sunday 4th May

Hi All,

 

We've been invited to attend this event again this year and last year it proved quite popular. There was quite a wide variety of cars on show and plenty of space for the various clubs to spread out and display their cars. The admission fee is £10 per person a fair discount on the current £17.50 entrance fee. There's more information here:

There was a few trade stands there as well and you can always go and look at the many aircraft on display, they've even got their own Concorde as well. The entrance fee covers entry to all the hangars / museums and restoration workshops etc. You can even go for a pleasure filght around the Airfield in one of their restored aircraft.

Yes any Lotus of any type is more than welcome. We had quite a variety last year, it would be great to see some more classic models as well. Thanks to all those who have signed up already. Great to see Dave Eds back

Hi Simon, Welcome along. Last year we met at Birchanger Green Services on the M11 and left for Duxford at 9.30am. However if you wish to meet us at Duxford as long as you get through the gate by 12.00pm you'll be fine, just ask for The Lotus Forums area when you arrive. I'll post up more details nearer the time to confirm all details just in case anything has changed and I can give you my mobile number as well if it's any help.
