Just upgrade to a box mod (what a silly name!). Got the Aspire ESP30W which is lovely. Carbon wrapped, nice and easy to adjust and a much nicer flavour. It's adjustable wattage and also airflow so you get the draw you want time after time. Very impressed

I've been vaping on & off for the past couple of years now, the trouble i'm having is that after several days the liquid seems to lose its flavour & then I'm getting no enjoyment and reverting back to real fags.

I've been through dozens and dozens of different makes and flavours of eliquid and still get the same results, I've even tried loads of different clearomizers & tanks!

You can use them inside Hospitals in England and Wales, whereas you can't even smoke cigarettes in the grounds, eg up to half a mile away from the building in open air.

I've tried liquids from local shops and also brands like: hangsen, el toro, liqua, best e-cigs, Mrs b's etc

Tankwise, I've used the vision ce4 & ce5's. Aspire bdc, aspire single coil, kanger evod, kanger t3s, smok aro, anyvape Davide plus many more I can't remember!! .  I normally run all the tanks at 4-4.2volt with 1.8ohm coils

My favourite tanks are the anyvape Davide & the smok aro, both these tanks are bottom coil & take the kangerkanger type coils and I only buy genuine kanger coils

II have noticed that the liquid does discolour after 1-2 days use but i don't get a burnt taste during that period. Surely I shouldn't have to be changing the coil that often though?

I don't rate the CE4 or CE5, but I find the Aspires very good. I do find that 4v and above shortens the coil life. And I get better results from 1.6ohm coils.  I would suggest that the liquid is darkening because you're pushing too hard on the voltage and overheating the coil.  I try to run at around 3.5-3.8v with a strong flavoured liquid.  Maybe you should try sub-ohm?

I stick to 12W which is 3.9V and the coils are lasting a week.

Currently enjoying 'Church' from Cosmic Fog, it's vanilla ice cream flavour with fudge and a hint of banana

Maybe I'll try a higher nicotine content because I don't get adequate throat hit at the lower voltages!! I'm guessing running sub ohm your in the territory of huge tanks, making your own coils and needing a huge battery to power it?  I want my set up to be as compact as possible especially at work

That Aspire box mod I have is pretty small and will work with sub ohm coils

was listening to Dr Suzi Gage the other day and she was very much of the opinion that vaping should be allowed in all public places, pubs etc.   She said that if you treat them like fags and force people to go outside to smoke them then many will not bother giving up at all.

Hadn't thought of it like that before.

Hi! I decided to switch from smoking to vapes and I need your help. For starters, where do you buy vapes? I found the site lovevaping , but maybe there are other options? Please, just let it be a personal recommendation, not an advertisement. And what does it mean PG.VG ? 50/50, 60/40, 80/20..?

Fluid preference is subjective.  I like the stuff that Bibs uses, and I also use vapemate.co.uk .  Most importantly, don't buy a cheap e-cig.  That's the path back to smoking.  I currently favour the Smok Alien, but that's getting a bit old now.  Bibs normally has some science-fiction contraption going on...
