having done the fronts - now looking at the rear and thinking......

Anyone on here got a measurement from the ground to the highest point on the wheel arch? Would like to see where mine is with regards to what it should be

Thanks in anticipation

Surely there would be too many variables: The amount of fuel in the tanks, the condition/types of springs/shocks, tyre size, tyre inflation pressure, the weight of your exhaust system (if not standard), the amount of junk in your trunk... :P

The factory specification for the rear ride height is 170 mm from the underside of the rear lower link chassis bracket to the ground when there is half a fuel load and 70 kg of ballast in each seat. The 170 mm value is only valid when all of the suspension is OE. If the suspension is different then ignore the 170 mm dimension and ballast the car to determine the ride height.

Not yet - but it's in the plan! I've found a place in Worcester that will do it all and give a print out etc

Just need to grab the data they need out of the workshop manual
