It may have been removed, for strict swiss/lux  safety regulations ...

Plus a windscreen wiper that parks in the conventional position :)

Surely the wiper is only erect in park mode? And once ignition on it will return to the bottom. It really can't be difficult to do this I would be amazed but not totally surprised if this was not the case.

#1, delivered in Luxembourg ? At least,  I hope Lotus didn't catch the Ferrari bad habit, ie a plate not mentioning the precise # in the row, but only "1 of 60" ...

If it moved every time you turned the car on and off it would ruin itself in no time, the blade needs to be lubricated.

yeah thats what i was thinking as well. anyway it would probably be annoying having the front windshield split in half like that all the time, but like getting in and out of the car, awkwardness eventually becomes the norm.

I can't remember it was already mentioned, but it seems the rear panel of the 380 Cup is manufactured by Prodrive ... at least, it is what Jack Baruth was told by Lotus ! maybe it is true for other CF parts ?

Some of you already have the photos of the interior ... but the one without the radio but with the fire extinguisher / battery drawer ?

Is it positioned and same / equal to the V6 CUP ?

They look incredibly high!!!!

That's funny - the first thing I thought when I saw them was will they go over the speed bumps up the streets to my house.......not that I'm lucky enough to be buying a Cup right enough. Probably the difference between someone looking st them as a track car owner and just a road toy......:)

Does anyone know the height clearance at the front of these and more specifically the Sport 380? As long they're not lower than an S4s Esprit I'm still smiling?

Ground clearance is surprisingly good I'd say. I've been over plenty of speed bumps, slowly of course, but I've never grounded the splitter. Ride height on 380's looks slightly higher due to the wider front tyres with the same profile.

Thanks Jonny, that's exactly the answer I was hoping for but if someone could give me a measurement of ground clearance for either 380 to compare against the S4s that would be very helpful.

It will be way better than an Esprit, much shorter front overhang. If you do ground the front it'll only be the rubber extension, easily replaced, no worries there.

I took an unplanned detour in my car through some farm a few weeks ago (on the way back from Castle Combe) there were speed bumps of all different shapes and sizes, must have been nearly 20 in all. I feared the worst but the car cleared all of them. A Sport 380 definitely has a higher ride height than a V6 Cup. You still have to slow down but I'm constantly surprised by how well it copes. The Esprit would have been torture on that road!
