       I loved my NA Evora; it was like a puppy; always happy and playful but maybe not fully developed. The GT410 was what the puppy became when it grew up; a working-line Labrador, brilliant at everything and wonderful to live with.        The engine is angrier (the pick-up is amazing at all revs), the steering is immediate (is the wheel smaller, or does it just feel that way?), the ride is a bit stiffer but again it does that fabulous Lotus thing of improving with speed, the turn-in is amazing and the grip.....oh wow.   It feels much, much quicker than the 410 on acceleration and corners bring out the g-monster in me.

        It just feels so special; much more of a race-car, but amazing on-road as well. Maybe this is why guys wax lyrical about GT3s? I don't know (never had one), but goodness me the 430 is much more than just a halo car; it's a helluva car!

I'm blown away by how different it is to both my previous Evoras, but also how much better it is, too; incredible. As you rightly described it on your excellent YouTube buying guide Dr P: "a masterpiece".

Congratulations!  They are very special cars and noticeable different from the other Evora variants in the ways you describe.

I've had mine since March and have enjoyed so many adventures with it already that I used up my annual insured mileage in 6 months and had to extend it!  Looking forward to getting it out on track next year.

Attended a fantastic B&C Lotus event at Hethel on Saturday 7th Oct with fellow Northern Ireland Lotus owners @RP420 & @Chris28. It involved a 1200 mile round trip which was an event in itself! We were very fortunate with the weather which provided ideal road & track conditions. Epic road trip!

Hi guys,

I’ve just had the cup2s on my gt430 replaced with PS4S all round, should the standard tyre pressures apply or are there different settings ?

They e been set to 35 at front and 34 year which seems odd.

I’ve only driven it with the higher pressures and of course the tyres have more tread than those of 11k miles that were on it previously, however they do appear to handle the crappy B roads where I live with more ease and comfort.

I’m very happy with them so far and they suit my fast B road driving style and I feel more confident in this wet weather.

Do you notice much change in tyre noise compared to the Cup2?
