Is This 'standard' On A 's' Car

The metal 'LOTUS' sign above the number plate. Is this standard on all 'S' cars? - reason for the question - mine hasn't got one and don't know if its just fallen off or taken off by a previous owner in years gone by. No sign of any mark or adhesive where it should be though.

My SE has it as well - I think the S4 replaced it with 'Chargecooled'

S4s onwards dont have them iirc - I actually quite like it, the GT3 has the ACBC logo on one side which looks un-symetrical so I might change it.

My 1990 SE had it as well, I took it off though, but you can easily get it from SJ Sportscars

I have one on my 89 Turbo Esprit, non S or SE.

My 91SE has a logo there also, but is different lettering...kind of like the "Lotus" on the 16 inch wheels (more curvy)

I've got one on my 1989 SE, so it's looking fairly conclusive now. Someones obviously half inched your one Ian.

I got the "LOTUS" badge on my 1993 High-Wing as well as the "Chargercooler" badge on the plastic surrounding of the license plate.
