  1. I've been in touch with Perei lighting in the UK and they refused to sell any components of the headlights due to the contract they had with Lotus. The lense can be split from the body of the light with careful heating, but you're unable to obtain the lense. I currently have a decent pre-owned.headlight which I'm swapping the lense over to my old one due to the body being gloss black rather than grained. My current headlight lense has developed some light crazing which looks to be within the lense.
  2. You can also order black ones like I did, if you prefer too, then paint your rear light bezels to match.
  3. The chap on Facebook is prepared to undertake a repair, they actually replace the lighting board / ribbon with their own lighting panel, this would potentially be more robust than the original if it was successful. The Elise price is £120 so potentially a good saving 👍.
  4. Hi, the link above on Facebook was for a chap that repairs s2 Elise panels, I have messaged him and he hasn't done an Evora panel before but would be prepared to attempt it but couldn't guarantee he could repair it. The assembly of the Elise s2 one is very similar in that it's an led panel built into the top layer that sticks on apart from the Elise unit is aluminum and the Evora is plastic. With regards replacement, there is a second hand unit on eBay but comes with the panel so not cheap https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/166470267509?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=4ZOkTBZxSBW&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=MR4wgOISRf2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY If new the part number is: c132m0039, link below is for deroure but there's cheaper dealers, I tend to use Paul at Oakmere. https://parts.bellandcolvill.co.uk/?i=1341063&MAK=1&MDL=44&TBL=13263&SMA=0&SMO=0&ST=c132m0039&SC=0&PBID=1500411 £245 + vat
  5. I've had chance to replace the HVAC panel today and the backlighting is now working, it has two stages of light depending on the brightness of the instrument cluster, which tells uis that it's an issue with the panels not the wiring or signal going to the HVAC panel. Here are a few of the one that isn't working.
  6. I have the same problem with my HVAC panel, the lighting is non existent, only working intermittently, I actually have a second hand spare and am going to fit it, I was going to send it to a guy who has done work to s2 Elise panels on Facebook, he said he would take a look. I haven't got round to it yet though. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/adR6h3CW7aeTjAed/
  7. I purchased these: Full set preprogrammed, fitted and worked within 5 miles. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/274757351682?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=vGvE_dHUSNy&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=MR4wgOISRf2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  8. Hiya, I think it's the plastic Evora 400 grill HSS looking for 👍
  9. Just fitted the Clio struts. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/125173952701?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=dImh1dO5TK-&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=MR4wgOISRf2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY Perfect fit and nice and strong uplift, took 5 minutes to fit

  11. A confusing update When turned on I get: 14v from the RH connector to earth. no voltage from the LH connector to earth, presumably just an earth. Varying voltage showing through the demister lines. With the 2 spade connectors disconnected from the element I don't get continuity from one connector to the other, but do get continuity through lots of the lines. I think I'm going to test a decent sized bulb between the connectors to see if we have a good earth and voltage.
  12. Hiya, thanks for asking. I checked all power and lighting to the boot and upper brake light, all was ok. I also checked the large fuse in the front compartment. The connectors on the boot glass look ok and aren't corroded. Weather and work put a stop to getting any further at the moment. I was going to check the rear demister relay before checking the wiring I think. I'll definitely get more time this weekend 👍
  13. Not sure if anyone else has had this but my rear demister has stopped working, the fuse is ok and the button illuminated when pressed not sure what to check next??
