You could make a formal complaint, I've done that in the past. As expected, it's a long-winded process, but I did eventually meet with some success after I told them I wasn't paying up, and was happy to go to a tribunal. Be advised - if you think you can elicit any kind of sympathy, even when you have them bang to rights when they've clearly and blatantly, cocked-up, it will all be to no avail.

A bit like trying to get a GP's appointment. They hope you either recover from whatever ailment you might have had, or die. Either way, the problem's solved, job done.

Currently trying to get an answer out of my son as to when mum and dad will be required for cat-sitting duties on or around 18th May. It’s like pulling teeth.
