How does it stand on a legal point of view if you pay an initial deposit to secure the car, then; on further inspection it does turn out to be not what exactly as described - Do you lose your deposit ? I suppose it may be easier with a trader- but not with a private sale ? Just curious as I may be looking for one in the near future

I plan to be there, but not in a Lotus unfortunately. It will be in a 'German car. Hopefully temporarily until I'm back in a Lotus. I promise to park out of the way in the corner 🙂
