The way I found was to put [ media ] URL [ /media ] your have to take out the spaces.

I need more instructions than that. Is that the button marked "SPeciaBBCode" as that ask me to pick from a list and then another dialogue box opens wanting to know about options and stuff.

The 4th button from the right looks for media on my computer as far as I can work out. Either way, I can't get it to work so you will have to put up with a simple link.
