When I arrived in New York in 1978 I took the bus from the airport to downtown and a similar thing happened. At the entrance to the tunnel some black chap deliberately walked out in front of the bus...seems he was hoping to be hit by it and make an insurance claim. The driver stopped, got out, walked up to him, delivered a sparkling right cross which sat the oik on the sidewalk, explained the error of his ways, got back on the bus and drove off. I believe the clip reflects a similar insurance scam culture in ZA.
