I'll start : Sunderland Poly.

University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology which was a faculty of the University of Manchester. Always confuses people. One bad thing was, when I was there, there were 13 men to each woman student. The Opthalmic Optics department was the most popular as it had the ratio reversed.

College of Aeronautics follow by an excursion to Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University and then to Lancaster University. Start with the hard one first, I like a challenge. Obviously I liked being a student in my youth. Could have been something to do with beer at 32p per pint.
