After freeing Sparky from captivity in sweden, went on to meeting Søren at his special bicycleshop, and then onto some beer, Skål!

 

Then trying to rob someones Jewels (no, not what you think. The Queens, actually) Skål!

 

Then trying the waterways, trying to get the girl, quickly followed by some beer, Skål!

Predictions:

 

65% of this highly inebriated gaggle will make their flight home. Of that, 32.5% will sleep through the arrival and end up in Bombay.

Had a fab day, tour guide was exceptional. Now all sat eating pizza @ Sparkys house.

I'm very happy I have added another country to my public nudity tick list. Was fun 'hanging out'

Well I had a great time. Copenhagen is such a nice city to visit, it has a really calm vibe about it and is very beautiful. Lovely city, lovely people.  It's definitely a place to go back to for a longer visit. Lots of delicious beer, herring and schnapps. Yummy.

What a great day out! Very long day, after a 04:30 start and back at Watford Exotics HQ raiding the drinking cupboard by 22:00, with great company and a full schedule  ..... Simon, I have been scarred for life yet again by your antics but OK it was funny

 

Big thanks to Kim, Yasuo and Jacques for looking after us in Copenhagen (and Sweden briefly), Sparky and Tracy for the booze, food and accommodation last night and of course Mr A and Simon for the ride back.....hope we can follow this up sometime!

A right crack.  We really must do more of this!  At those prices, so much of Europe is accessible for a silly day out.

 

Huge thanks to Kim, Yasuo, Jacques and Søren for taking time out to show us Copenhagen (and IKEA across the border)!  It really is a lovely city, so relaxed, and the weather was outstanding.

 

I enjoyed myself immensely; sadly it was, as usual, all too short.  We'll be back!  In fact, there's talk of a Danish cambelt event.

 

The cross-border mission was successful, but I do not expect hostage release any time soon.  I am, therefore, going into hiding for a few days, where I will enjoy trying to thread a camel through the eye of a needle on my fabulous new coffee table...
