We attend on today saw some racing, red arrows, old F1 cars, some lovely Lotus's, past and present, enjoyed the pit walk and talking to teams, same in the paddock good to walk around and have such great access to the teams, very nice day out as we had a 200+ miles jouney home we left mid afternoon, thanks to those involved in it.

Couldn't agree more with the above, had an awesome day today, we were there from 8.30am to nearly 7pm and loved every minute of it, great to see so many beautiful Lotus cars and to catch up with everyone.

Thanks to Bibs and team for another memorable Lotus Festival, I must try and make both days next year

That girl in your class. You know the one. She's a total enigma. 
She's the reason you can't remember what you learnt in that lesson, or what the homework was -in short, she's the reason your failing school. She's the palest girl you've ever seen, with raven black hair and the kinda eyes that make you want to die. It almost hurts to look at her. You've never spoken to her, either because you're intimidated by her enigmatic vibe, or you just know you're never gonna be good enough for such a angel.

HOWEVER if you should ever get to know a Miriam, you realise she's actually  COOL. She's the girl all the bad guys want, because you know, while she sits there looking all ethereal and quiet ...she's a wild one. Her quick sarcasm and seemingly emotional detachment add to her ''anti-girl'' charm and it breaks your heart to know she'll never love you as much as you love her. She's funny and the moment you realise she's into fat, dirty, loser boys ...you want to die.

Funny, smart, little bossy and sassy at times. Do not try and outwit Mirian because she is very clever. Mirans are known to be very good friends and will always be there thru thick & thin. Mirian DOES NOT like monotony, she always needs to be doing something different that stimulates her mind.

Had a great weekend and it was nice to meet up with a couple of forum members and also Bibs who was instrumental in organising a fab event and I would also like to pass on my thanks to him and his team.

Bibs, Laura and the usual suspects, you're seriously good at this stuff now. TLF becomes a bigger and more important part of the festival every year. Just throw in an Indycar on the stand and a Red Arrows flypast why don't you?!

 

If you're not all given free Evora 400s it would be a travesty!

We came down on Sunday. It was great. I particularly enjoyed watching the F1 cars – that was a great show (with only one engine letting go – oh that looked expensive!). LOTS of great cars to look at, and a whole lot of fun. Thanks to those of you who helped organise it.

What an amazing couple of days! I've been running the Festival for 3 years now and this year was, in my opinion, just brilliant! 

 

Fantastic crowds, brilliant atmosphere, tonnes and tonnes of beautiful cars, great clubs stands and very busy trade area (the dealers sold 5 cars between them on Sunday!). The racing was fantastic, love seeing the Lotus guys on track when I had the chance. Icing on the cake was the F1 display which I thought was amazing and the huge cherry on top of that was the Red Arrows! Red 9 called me at midday just to confirm everything, check for any obstructions they should know about and give precise timings. Even the phone call was epic! 

 

Thanks to everyone who bought tickets, displayed cars, ran stands, helped out, did the lovely anniversary displays and helped with marshalling. Brands Hatch are a wonderful circuit to deal with, it's a pleasure working with them and I can't wait for next year! 9 months of planning, I'd guess over a thousand phone calls in the month or so alone and 15 hours a day for the last 3 years on site and all the hard work really was worth it

I managed to fit in the festival in between flying in from Venice Saturday afternoon & being on a flight to New York Sunday at 5pm thanks to a fellow Lotuselan.net poster.

 

It was a tremendous event, well worth my effort attending. Managed to pick up shirts, stickers & posters for next to nothing.

 

The F1 runs were certainly a highlight.

 

Even managed a chat with Bibs over a bacon baguette!! Thanks to all the organisers & volunteers.

I enjoyed the event massively.  Big thanks to Bibs and MSV for organising the event.  I'm really loving the venue too.  I remember years ago Brands Hatch circuit was an also ran.  But it's reinvented itself and is now producing top events.  I went to American Speedfest in June this year and MSV did an amazing job with that.  I'm already looking forward to next years Lotus Festival  .
