No Club Lotus at Castle Combe

Can't seem to find this as a planned date on the Club Lotus or Castle Combe Website. It's usually Saturday of the 2nd Bank Holiday weekend end of May. Hope Alan Morgan hasn't pulled it. Anybody know anything?

Sadly not, for the first time in many years!

Reserved and paid for but I have been hit with a nasty flu virus. Parade lap would finish me off let alone 300 mile round trip with track sessions.

Unlucky Dave, that's really bad luck/timing. Hope you are feeling better soon. I've also only missed 1 in the last 20 years when my sister decided to book her wedding, it was still a close decision as I keep telling her ?

Seems like yesterday when I stole the keys off Bibs and took my daughter for a drive in that Evora. Cost me a bloody fortune!

I was there! Had a great day out with my nephew and met a load of TLFers for the first time.  Great to meet you all

Despite the forecast, the weather was superb and I have a red face to prove it! Didn't do the track thing but did the "parade lap". Now I'm hooked, so going to do a track day now...

I took loads of pics, all on 35mm in colour and black and white. Will post them up when I get them developed/onto CD.

If you haven't been before (my first time) I would highly recommend it for next year, such an ace range of Lotii from day one to today. Loadsa Europas and Sunbeams!

Great day out with super weather. Everybody on track seemed to be having a great time and everybody else enjoyed watching them.

Looking forward to next year.

Five sessions driving and one passengering in Geoff Beale's racing Sunbeam.  Brilliant day.  Great to see everyone.  Eleanor was on fire in the best possible way!
