I've got the confirmation of our application from Duxford so we should be already to go for the 1st May. I'll post final instructions in the week leading up to the show. Still plenty of room if you want to come along.

Suspension, brakes, chipped, chargecooler rad and pump,injectors,ignition coils and leads, BOV, highflow cat and zorst, Translator and tie rods, Head lights, LEDs to tail lights and interior,Polybushes to entire front end, Rad fans, rad grill, front end refurb with aluminium spreaderplates and galvanised bolts. Ram air, uprated fuel pump, silicone hoses through out, wheels refurbed and powder coated,much more, all maintenance.

I'll bring my Burroughs Gauge so you can check the cambelt tension in case you've had to use the 'Twist and Shout' method.

Anybody else with a 907 or 912 engine is welcome to use it to check their cambelt tension too. I have a plastic laminated copy of the pages in Section E9 from the Elite/Eclat Manual for checking and adjusting tension so all you'll need is access to the belt between the aux' shaft sprocket and inlet cam sprocket and tools to adjust the tensioner if it's needed.

No, I've allocated enough space to  accept a few people on the day and it's almost certain some people will drop out for one reason or another. If you can make it that would be great.

Hi All,

Duxford is this Sunday 1st May. The final details are as follows.

Firstly please read and understand the following information from IWM Duxford and remember I've signed these on your behalf:

Spring_Car_Show_Partcipation_Form_2016.pdf

In particular note the requirement for oil drip trays if your car has the odd leak and is likely to soil the grass.

This year the dedicated entrance gate on the A505 will be open from 9.30am till 2.00pm and the entry cost is £10 per person and £5 for Children under 16. Gate 1 is where you need to enter and this is marked on the attached map below, note this is NOT the general public entrance it's much further down the A505 there will be yellow signage 'Car Clubs' provided along the A505 directing you to Gate 1. We've not been given an indication of where we will park this year, but in previous years it's been pitch number 8 on the map. When you arrive please say you are with the Lotus Forums and the marshals will direct you to the correct area. If you arrive before me please stay with your car just in case we need to move things around and those of you who need to leave early need to make sure you're in the front row. You can leave when ever you want but please watch your speed and take care as there will be crowds everywhere.

Don't forget the entrance Gate is open till 2.00pm, so you can always come in the afternoon if it's raining in the morning or you just can't get out of bed !
