Any reason why the factory did not provide the gold wheels ?

Not really 🤷🏻‍♂️  At the time, the 430 came in black, red or silver I believe... dealer getting it done would have been more cost competitive

Wow, and where's your rubber lip ?
Gone the lap before ? 🥴

Don't be silly, that said goodbye to me by entrance ramp 3 of the Eurotunnel at Folkestone 😉

I've got these on under the splitter (sorry pics taken from my 'gram hence the "@"):

Got a spare box if anyone wants it

Good to speak to you briefly on Saturday (Mark in the red roadster).

We were at traffic lights through the dropped windows, observing the 2 metre rule before anyone says anything!!

How much for the anti scrape devices?

Excellent !

Any thoughts / feedback on the 6 levels TC ?
Did you find it useful over the standard modes ?

Extremely useful on the skid pan (in the wet). Out of the 5 cars in our group, 3 were 430 Cups (with oem tc dial) and we could feel the difference between 1% and 3%, or fully off for example.

Normal and Sport modes would just cut power to try to get grip from the rear wheels. Race worked very well, as well as 1% slip.

hi
I would like to ask you a question for a friend (who has a 430):

the exhaust of the 430 Cup is known and known that when the gas is released it does not make the sound of a pop ( " bang bang ... " ) as on the 380.
Do you happen to know if there is a solution, a change to make him do this at 430 ?

or is it impossible ?

Thanks, cheers

Oooooo smashing… might ping you for details. I did it the other way when I lived in Houston and imported my Mustang back to the UK.

How long have you got before you need to ship it back?

thanks

Mark

Out of curiosity, is it difficult to get insurance in the US on a car which cannot be bought there and is on a temporary import?

To some extent it is. Going through the usual companies, the Cup 430 isn't on any drop down list. Eventually I found Hagerty which is a specialist in high end and classics only. The requirements are a US driving license and proof of use of other vehicles as this should not be your only means of transport, along with limited mileage.

Very useful information, I will send you a DP next year as I'm planning to make the same move to US (but to Texas instead of the East Coast)

Regards
