  1. The price is on the ad itself (£45.5k). The post above is just a link to the ad.
  2. I would also expect a picture of said alloy to appear in the ad… 🧐
  3. The £9m is to compensate for loss of earnings over 2 years, not just his TG salary. TG wasn’t his only gig.
  4. I don’t mean to be rude but are you aware of the concept of ‘rocking horse poo’?
  5. Have you got the part number for the regulator? This nugget from @JAWS might help you in your search (or non search): “For future reference a Lotus 6000 series part number means it is a proprietary part.”

    Evora wanted

    How about @jep’s NA?
  7. I don’t know the part number but if I was looking for one, I would probably be looking at 2008/9 era Ford Focus. Or, just ask @JAWS. 😉
  8. The document is a publicly editable Google doc. So, please feel free to edit it to add your input.
  9. As I said in your other clutch thread, if the clutch isn’t slipping, then I wouldn’t bother changing it yet. Especially considering the cost, time and complexity of the job.
  10. I also don’t receive any of the ads that you mention. Other than being a moderator, I am also a FFM and I run an adblocker on most (if not, all) of my devices. Also, bear in mind that the ad content that you receive is often determined by your browsing history. 😉
  11. Currently ‘on display’ at the Goodwood Revival:
  12. At the Goodwood Revival: There are 4 Lotus on display inside the ‘Earls Court’ motorshow area: an original Elan, an Emira, Jenson’s Evija and a black Electra. TBF, the Electra had the biggest crowd around (and in it) of any car in the hall at the time.
  13. If the clutch isn’t slipping then I suspect that it doesn’t need changing. Or, at least, the clutch plate should still have sufficient life left on it. If it has always had a ‘heavy’ pedal, are you sure that it isn’t just a case of TADTS? Have you driven a similar 400 to compare or asked an experienced specialist for an assessment?
  14. I don’t think that he has been paying attention… 🤣
  15. Don’t use ‘Auto VIN’ or ‘Smart VIN’ to select your vehicle. Use ‘Manual Selection’ (pg16), then ‘Asia’ then Daewoo.
  16. You can definitely buy the workshop manual from Lotus, via the internet. 😉
  17. Noooooo. Don’t say it’s so…
  18. Just a reminder that adverts go on www.lotusforsale.com, please.
  19. This website can give you an idea for the UK market: https://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/?q=Evora&commit=Search However, it is definitely not an exact science. The classification of the various 'types' of Evora comes from what is on the registration document (the V5 in the UK). However, how each car was actually classified on it's day seemed to often come down to how the junior admin clerk was feeling on the day. For example, there are obviously plenty of V6 Evoras. However, you might struggle to find the V2 IPS version in real life: https://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/vehicle/lotus_evora_ips_4_v2_auto
  20. Are you aware quite how thin the roof actually is? 😬

    Pilots

Ooops. But that is testament to a formidable aircraft. One of my favourites.
