Where is the best place to get a replacement from?

 

As I’m a new Evora owner can you also tell me what’s it taking air in for?

It's not massively expensive from Lotus, I think it's no. 4 on here:

It vents hot air from the manifold rather than taking cold air in.

I did see number 4 but just wanted tocheck before ordering it

so its just taking the hot air around the manifold area which kinda makes sense as the there is a glass window on the boot lid that can restrict the heat leaving the car

Well that wasn’t the right ducting from deroure 

It probably needs to be 3 times longer

Tried tugging it and fluid came out of the end

its not the sort of ducting that can be pulled

You're looking at pipes coming in off the intakes on the side of the car with that previous diagram.

Bibs, can anyone check the stock at the factory online then. I have been waiting for a part since my car had its service before  it was delivered.

TLF has had a Lotus Dealer account for over 10 years so we have access to the parts system for checking parts and stock etc.

I stand corrected on the part number, I'm not sure where I got that other part number from now so have corrected my initial post.

you would’ve thought by now that the lotus community would know where to buy this hose from that is not lotus and be able 2-3 meters cheaper

I recall someone replaced the hose with a coloured version and I just tried to search it but there were over 50 threads 

I am sure they purchased from eBay and it worked a treat ? I repainted mine as it had the white staining which I think is due to a A/C fluid spill or something ?

So it’s the wrong one again and has costed me around £40 so far
