In other words, you did it, so suffer the consequences on your own!

I'll just keep min on the shelf.

I really hope they will do a model of the Stevens Esprit, the SE, the Sport300 and others.

Kind regards,

Jacques

The Gerry Marshall "S1" race car turned up in the post in the past couple of weeks.

I'm a little bit disappointed with the alignment of the text on the rear panel though. I thought it was my model, but looking about on the web they all appear to be the same. Spoils an otherwise nice model.

That text alignment is proper shit! No thanks

Supplier has kindly searched through their stock and swapped my model for one with much better print alignment - kudos to Jadlam for doing that for me. Seems the vast majority of their stock hasn't been printed very well, so evidently some quality control issues with this model at Scalextric.

I didn't say it was perfect ;) The camera angle doesn't seem to help in that shot, any misalignment there is, is barely noticable in reality. I'm much happier with that one and it will get used at the end of the day; I don't buy them to be shelf queens 😆
