Ah mate.  That’s tough.  Good on you for braving it in the rain though.  

Of course - The crowd only stand at Brunchen in the rain for one reason and you gave it to them - and I don’t mean the passenger’s sneaky wave out of the window.  

Hope the car was ok. I heard the underneath scrape as you went up and then down the kerb. They are super high but that may well have saved you going forward that last 2 feet before the barrier.

After having recently taken my other Lotus designed car around the Ring - I have to say it’s terrifying enough in the dry. Wouldn’t go near it in the wet!! Those guys drifting their BMWs round Brunnchen 2 have got bigger balls than me 🤣

In my book there’s definite hero status having an off on the Nordschleife and managing to drive off again. It’s unlikely to happen again!
