Bizarre. They paid £25k, spent £15k, sold £45k but The Sun says they made £15k. Auction fees would be 10% if not more. So no profit.

TV shows like this are often a nonsense. The Salvage Hunters S1 being another example. Though Car SOS does rebuild cars under pressure, but standards aren't as good as you'd expect from their speil. Even if builds overlap, as can be seen with other episode's cars in the background at times. That's series production scheduling for you, and how programmes like this are often made ie in bulk, and concurrently.

Anyone thinking these restorations are carried out like the ones not in Teleland need to think again.

I've spent 20 years working with production management, and have filmed for UKTV who own many of these channels.

Not saying its not worth it but seem more than they usually go for.
