Both being planks really. Overtaking on either side, so doesn't matter which is correct it has to be wrong at some point, overtaking what appears to be (or very nearly) between others. Virtually forcing people out of the lanes by sitting so close to the rear end of the other road users is a nasty tactic. Going at that speed if the road were free (relatively) of other trafffic wouldn't be too bad but doing that around people driving small family hatchbacks etc who think than 60 mph / 50 kph is fast is just asking for them to cause a pile-up.
