I'm astounded that minerals can be found in such huge pieces. I always assumed that they were found piecemeal or as part of a mixed ore. Crystals yes but metals? Well I suppose most of them are crystalline too. Gold too?

he is 'unidentified'  ..but he would be a wise man if he had offered and presented the gold in small pieces, just one by one over a long time ..to hold  the interest down on areas around his claim

 

Gold is at least not used 'in one piece' or valued -as bigger as better ..like diamonds. So it does not make sense to show it this way
