I hadn't seen it before, but it's definitely from Flanders and looks a lot like the sketches in a popular spoof show some years ago. Certainly not a real interview. There are many more gems to be found in the series, unfortunately most wouldn't translate well.

I have made many mistakes in my life. Buying a multiple Lotus is not one of them.
