Thanks for the feedback from both of you. I saw those on their website, but I'm still not convinced that I should start to drill holes into my car. That's why I was looking for the one from Fraser, as it was the "no-drill version". Anyway, I'm looking forward to the feedback from the trial fit. It might help to build up my courage...

Heads up before I place these on classifieds..... If anyone is interested I have  a set of barge boards from Fraser I am looking at moving on as I have never fitted them, I would prefer collection from Pickering North Yorkshire but can arrange delivery if needs be. Looking at £150.00 collected boards are as new, the quality is great only opened to check over.

Looks great, really suits the colour too. I replaced all of my rear diffuser bolts with stainless steel and plenty of copper slip as a lot of the bolts on the diffuser were stuck solid specially behind the rear wheels.

@Bibs, and there in lies the rub - there's only a couple of options.

1) Reinvent the wheel and make one myself.

2) Use a Universal kit, which probably won't for well.

3) Wait for someone to sell.

4) Buy some of the plans from TLF guy and see what I need to do.

Or ask someone who has one if you can make a template from it. It's cut from a sheet of back polycarbonate.

Happy for when mine is back in Craigs for them to take it off (they fitted it after all) and make a template from it.

Thomas's kit was great as came with all stainless bolts etc.

Thonas developed a 2 piece design that stable at up to 160mph+. The single piece from the US had been known to be blown off at very high speeds.

I came into this world screaming and covered in someone elses blood. I'll probably leave it in the same way.

My comments and observations are my own, invariably "tongue in cheek", and definitely, sarcastic in nature. Therefore, do not take my advice, suggestions, observations or posts seriously or personally and remember if you do, do anything, that I may have suggested, then you have done this based solely on your own decision to do so and therefore you acknowledge responsibility and accountability (I know, in this modern world these are the hardest things for you to accept) for your actions and indemnify me of any influence, responsibility, accountability, or liability, in what you have done. In other words, you did it, so suffer the consequences on your own!

@C8RKH, I like the 2 piece design. However it seems to have attracted a significant markupin its move to being sold via Komotec. It was €295 ish, now €495. That's a hell of a lift!

I'm unable to find if the 2 piece splitter is still being made privately, or its only available via Komotec.

Would be good to get a template if yours is coming off your car for some reason. Incidentally, why is it coming off? Change in bumper design?

@DrRick read again slowly what I said. All becomes clear.  My splitter ain't going anywhere was just offering it to be used to make a template.

@TBD made the splitters himself, as an owner, and not as a business, and based on his need to drive the Evora at almost 300kph everywhere becuase the lucky so and so had access to those lovely autobahns and he wanted to get more up front downforce.

As such  there was no VAT (at least Euro 60 there alone) , and additional labour charges - his Labour being free where as KT do actually, as I understand it, pay their employees.

I doubt that @TBD needed the money so was not out to make a profit but rather giving something back to the community, covering his costs, and probably making enough for a currywurst and a few beers at the weekend ;)

So:

Original cost                                295

VAT @ 20%                                    60

Additional labour cost                 40

Profit @ 20%                                100

New cost:                                     495!    Doesn't seem too outrageous given that people will expect KT to warrant the splitters (@TBD did not), provide support, market them, etc.  I have to admit there are very good. Do they make a performance difference? I have no idea. But they have protected my composite front bumper from several steep  drives / speed bumps so worth every penny, or Euro, for me.

@C8RKH, all right, all right - lesson learned!

And I agree, doesn't seem outrageous, but it doesn't change the fact for a man of Yorkshire stock living in Scotland that I would rather may the lesser price if I can get away with it.

LOl - I was just lucky and got the splitter when Thomas was making them. Quite happy to share the luck...

I guess Scotland is a good place for a Yorkshire man, as no need to worry if you have long or short arms as your kilt hasn't any pockets anyway and your sporran will have a padlock on it...

You've already got the cheapest to buy and run mini supercar on the planet anyway.....
