Try Caistor Hall - had some rooms when I booked this afternoon. It's also close to very Dunston. Still 3 rooms according to Booking.com

Thanks March, That's Friday & Saturday nights booked.  Only Luxury Doubles left which edged the price up but hey-ho.  Thanks for the recommendation; looks a nice place.   See you there!

Me too. 

Was able to book Dunston on Friday. Which is great as Bibs is trying to set a get together with BBQ on Friday at Dunston.

Still thinking about whether to stay on Saturday too.
