Not sure if we can get there before 9am, so I guess just pitch up anytime from 9am onwards.

I have emailed the organisers to ask what time we can arrive and if they can ensure that we can all park together

I did just have a look on the show web site and it states registration is closed, so they may already have a full entry. But you will hopefully be able to upstage the main show, with a show of your own in the visitors car park.
