MOT in December 2024, 204k miles: the mileage is high but the engine/gearbox are 'bom proof' and drives 'as new'.

It's 74k more than my yellow M100.

TBH, it actually looks in good nick and would be a good M100 for someone wanting to get on the bottom rung. It's got to be worth £4k any day of the week.

Gosh. That makes my 9000 miler at £17k look value.

This one seems to sit very high ('it'll settle down with use Sir' 😂) and the seat leather doesn't look restored to me. 

I think they will struggle.

Yep. eBay gets eyeballs. Mine too clean for me, best it finds a suitable home as I like to drive in all weathers and the 9000 miler is so tidy, it seems a shame to get it wet. 

The 50,000th Lotus, also an Elan Type 100, is clean but not so mint underneath. Steve Williams has just waxed it for longevity.

I agree with @jep, seats haven’t been restored and the paint hasn’t been polished very well! Not worth the asking price IMO.

My old S2 was in far better condition and nowhere near that asking price !
