£19,000 S2.2!

Just watched a Concours d'Elegance S2.2, last owner 40 years go for less than £20k at Iconic Auctions. Looked immaculate.

Someone got a bargain!

Seems cheap ......but the description is vague to say the least. Which I'd expect from this auction house.

It seems to have won a show event in 1989. 

Pictures suggest it is very original and if it doesn't need any major surgery,  it certainly is value. 

I suspect it is just a nice old car but will need some expenditure to get it to show condition.

It didn't sell at £19,000, in the auction and was put on the auctioneers buy it now section afterwards and has sold for a higher price. Seemed a nice car and being the rarer 2.2, a good buy.

Looking at all the lots in this auction most of the sold prices seem quite low.
