Rolling Road in the South of England thats good with carbs?

Does anyone have any specific rolling road recommendations in the Southern part of England that they could recommend for a carb setup?

Also what is the going rate per hour? I've had two quotes so far both North of £100 per hour (one at £150). I'm conscious everything gets more expensive the closer you get to London - is this reasonable?

Not sure if its far enough south for you, Hangar 111 near Woodbridge have a nice set up now and lotus expertise aplenty.

Not sure you'd need a wizz kid with a laptop and a rolling road for a carb setup, just an oldschool mechanic with a good ear, set of vacuum gauges and a screw driver.

To be fair, CarbTune/Mk1 eardrum is not 100% accurate, but there's something incredibly satisfying about the ritual of bringing multiple carbs into harmony.  Better than sex (from what I remember).

  But I only have t'one carb sparky... II would assume I need one with two operational holes to reach the state of sexual Nirvana you are describing above?

I probably could tune it with my mates wide band lambda, but I'd like to see what sort of lb/ft it can make on the rollers as it has never been on them before. It also feels like it has lost a lot of its edge recently, but that might just be me getting used to motorbike urge.
