It took nearly 2hrs to get from the A11 into site at the 60th!!

You'll get joining instructions with your tickets but the gate will be open from 7.30am. 

Keep an eye out for this in the post, I was up at 6am doing them today!

@Bibs do you know if it’s OK for me to bring the whole family? Given the 400 is well known for its practical family car attributes, it would seem a shame to have to tell the children (who are very excited by the way) that they can’t come.

Great stuff, although slightly worried I was planning on driving down in the morning and am 3 1/2 hours away!

Me too, planning on leaving at 6ish to get there for 10ish, allowing for a fuel stop & a separate (probably) pee break 😀

anyone attending the 70th in the same car that attended the 60th and 50th (assuming there was a 50th)  if so what was it?

Yep...Lionel was at both 50th and 60th and the 40 years at Hethel do and the Lotus Esprit Forum Factory day and the Brand Hatch day for the 50th and....

Turbo Esprit first reg 1/1/86.

Attended the 50th in the S3, 60th in the Essex and will be in the S3 at the 70th.

Guess that means I'll be in the Essex at the 80th.

Just noticed this event as I have been out of the loop for some time, is it fully booked as I can’t find any details? Also has this site removed some of the individual Car sections ?
