That money would cover any works needed on your car, likely a service, and to cover a warranty and the prep required for the new owner. There'll be some profit in there too of course. Alternatively, they'll offer around £5k less, as their objective would be to just pass it on in the trade, and the new garage will still need to do and provide etc.... So the real important question is, what is going to happen to Evora and Emira prices in the next year or two, as the real issue is the price to change, not the value of x or y, but the value of both x AND y.

Many years ago I was responsible for the IT project that introduced Bowel Screening to Scotland, to this day the software is still in use and all Scottish screening is still done in Dundee. It was a shitty job but I'm immensely proud of my small role in it, which established Scotland at the forefront if cancer screening in the UK. Eventually, England caught up! That was my point @Bibs, and yet so many still seem to have "pandemic" disease, especially among younger workers and the Civil Service/Public sector. The biggest impact of the Pandemic (in general not at a personal level) seems to be how lazy, selfish and entitled many have become as a result of it.

People are still testing, and getting +ve results. COVID is still out there though curiously not at Pandemic levels. I'm no medical science so don't know why it's still there but seemingly not so infectious or debilitating to the masses.

Apologies @rs200evo, the original owner must have them changed them very quickly, but not sure why anyone would have ordered, from new, with carbon seats and plus 2 as almost impossible, if not totally impossible, to get someone in the back, or out of the back due to the seats not tilting. The carbon seats are wonderful, I have them in my car, but they do impact on the GT nature of the car re getting stuff behind them.

Due to EU and Human Rights laws we cannot send them back to France, which is a "safe country". So, how can Ireland then decide to send the ones that go there, from the UK, back to the UK, which there own highest court had decided was not a "safe country" due to the possibility of the returnees being sent to Africa? If the Irish can, legally, then why can't we just put the ones that arrived here, on small boats and hidden in lorries etc, on the Ferry back to France? Why are we having to give the French £500m to try to stop them, when the Irish expect us to stop them for them, for nothing? I'm just confused. Those are the original seats! GT430's could be had with either carbon buckets or the Sparco seats as this one. Given it is a 2+2 you won't want the carbon seats as they don't tilt. The guy who specc'd the car new and was the first loving owner is on here, but maybe not for some time - @Sizona I can imagine in that wonderful spec this particular GT430 is going to be an absolute stunning GT car.
