Great work, the front Allen screw washers are always a pain. I used double sided tape to stick them in place. You can also reach the front screws by removing the under panel.

The thing that wows me is the Lotus community. The many fellow enthusiast I met at Lotus Owners Gathering #41 in West Virginia. Meeting new owners and talking to people that are interested in my Evora S, aka Lamborghini / Ferrari to some. The design cues by Russell Carr, Gavan Kershaw honing in the vehicle attributes and the way I feel surprised at how good the car drives every time I’m rounding a curve.

The Lotus Ethos is a fully plug-in hybrid concept car that was unveiled at the 2010 Paris Motor Show as the "Lotus CityCar". WoW! no Becker corners, almost as heavy as my Evora S. Nothing more to say.

What are you using to wrap your wiring?

Sorry but I didn't read through the whole thread to see if you used the spacer plate for the master cylinder in the BOE kit. When I did mine I had to back out the clutch pedal to master cylinder push rod all the way out until the end of the threads for engage/disengagement. Instructions may be different for your MY. Mine is a MY 14 S

I assume you have same trans as Evora. Same issue for 5th as you are having. From what I have researched the trans just does not want to be rushed. You can feel when it meshes if you gently lean into 5th and wait. Only when quickly and high revving above 4k. I used Motorcraft XT-M5-QS Full Synthetic and then moved on to BG Syncro Shift® II which is the best I have found. Unfortunately a fluid change did not fix the issue.

I would give it about 6 months and re-think scissor doors. Plenty of YouTube videos on how to get in and out of Evoras.

You can access the front bolt of the headlight by removing the front undertray. Otherwise the issue is probably the rear two bolts or the support frame you can access by removing the wheel liner.
