I do like that Elan one.

Some of these must be quite close as we know it is a mini-evija in some places.  The back might be the hardest thing to pull off.

Personally, I have Goodwood FOS tickets and will be making a beeline for the Lotus stand when I get there, and speaking to Jamie at B&C about a test drive as soon as they have demo cars :)

Am there on  Friday 9th. 

I have had some very nice cars but rarely brand new and even rarer being a completely new model with a wait so, for me, this will be a very special moment.

I will try and look around the rest of Goodwood if I can drag myself away.

Dunno. It would have made sense for them to launch the view of the car just before being able to see it in the flesh to drive people to it.

These two seem reasonable or I would be 75% of what it'll look like.  As nice as the Behar era designs are, they are quite old and aero management & design ethos has advanced too much for Lotus use those designs. 

If the car is not from the UK or Italy; it's not worth talking about.

Yeah, I think that might even be it.

It has all the design clues we would expect.

Haunched back with the rear arch significantly wider than the doors.

The front light set and curved front of the bonnet.

Large glass/black canopy.

Side scoop a 'bit' similar to the Evija.

 

I think that will be damn close BUT I am not worried about that, I am 100% sure the side and front will look damn good. I am worried about the back!
