Afternoon.

I’m the organiser of the Hendy Performance Open Day.

We’ve been inundated with requests from car clubs which is amazing to see.

I’m just going through the tickets for The Lotus Forums (TLF) and can see that there are currently 12 tickets registered for the event, out of the requested 25 tickets.

Unfortunately I’m going to have to give a deadline of the 31^st May 2022 to see if any more of your club would like to join.

Any tickets outstanding will be allocated to the waiting lists.

I hope you can appreciate that with limited spaces and a large number of requests, we are keen to make sure all spaces are filled.

Any questions, please let me know.

Don't know yet, it also depends on what our master @Bibs   says about getting on/off the TLF stand? Cannot see anything in the FAQ about a time that cars should be present on a club stand?

Lotus have confirmed that there will be an Emira with us on the day! 

 

TLF still have around 9 spaces available if anyone else wants to register and come along to display their car with the club!

At the moment i will be a no show,as the radiator decided to burst last weekend at LiTP,its at the garage but dont know if its going to fixed before the weekend

For those registered to be on the TLF stand is there a time we have to be present by, was thinking what restrictions on arrival/departure? As that will have a impact on what time to leave Exeter.  Are the Hendy Lotus Exeter guys going?

Hi Exeterjeep,

 

The showground will open at 8.30 for display cars to arrive and get settled, have some breakfast etc before the show opens to the public at 10.00am. Once the public are ‘in’ we’d prefer minimal vehicle movements, but you’re free to arrive and leave as you please.
 

The Exeter and Poole team will be joining us on the day, as will an Emira from Hethel, accompanied by ‘Mr Lotus’ Scott Walker. 
 

I believe the first Paul Swift stunt show (which is epic if you haven’t seen his work before) is at 10.30am so well worth being in by then!

Apart from the TLF members on this forum, there are around 16  M100's on Lotus Elan central, who have signed up.

I've only just managed to get the day off, but can't purchase a ticket from Thruxton as they have sold out. 🙁
