    I rebuilt the servo on my Europa Special with a Girling kit many years ago. It took many attempts to get the two halves containing the diaphragm back together & secured with the supplied band. The result was useless as pressing the brake pedal resulted in it pushing back against my foot. I complained to Girling who fitted a reconditioned one for a discount as the problems were caused by corrosion in the bores stopping the new seals from sealing. Good luck with yours.

    I swapped the clock, which was right in front, with the boost, which was on the left & hidden by the wheel, on my S4s
