Looks like red Esprits don’t fit in standard car spaces…….

They do but, would the driver be able to get out of it?

 

@exeterjeep Your photos are very interesting as they show new cars straight out of the factory so they are a good historical reference (same for the M100 ones you already posted)

Loving that last red Turbo Esprit (for obvious reasons😉)…..but never seen that one before. It was taxed all the way up to 2017.
Is the Blue S4s not the one the journalists used back at the time…..it went to Monaco with Matt Bishop if memory serves me right?

It was being used by the factory to organise the visiting cars to lead a parade round the track.

Sunday at the Queens pageant,

Thought I saw a glimpse of a white Esprit in the news coverage.....someone here's car?.

From a new article -

Unless there was a flash flood in London during the parade there is nothing slightly amphibious about that particular Esprit. I also highly doubt it was used in a James Bond movie!
