Actually I only had about one inch of the splitter left when I bought the car (because of a stuck bolt I reckon!) so I had to put something back. At that time the splitter was NLA so I looked for alternatives and stumbled upon a photo of a silver v8 Esprit with just the front lip (not the fibre glass part). I quite liked it from the photo so after a while I bought one, and I am pleased with the result indeed (maybe it depends on the car colour but I like it on mine ^^)

Collected my first Esprit today. Anyone know this car? The guy a bought it from claims it is the only GT3 in Nautilus Blue. Anyone know differently?

Queensferry is such a nice place in the evening.

Still love the old Forth Road Bridge though. Such an elegant structure.

Just going to quickly chuck this one on here from today's event at Castle Combe. A previous Esprit of mine, the first car I'd ever bought new and my second V8 Esprit. Good to see it still looking striking in the sunshine and a real surprise as it was the first time I've seen it since I sold it almost twenty years ago. Centre exit exhaust is new, but the rest of it is pretty much as how I remember and from my understanding it's still the only Chrome Orange V8 GT in the UK (unless someone knows different?).

Me too Chris. I arranged to view one ages ago before the Red TE. It had the yellow paint and a red interior. Really striking. ✌️

Thanks for the comments folks. White is right. Love the look of your car Wayne. The yellow on mine looks ok in photos but not in reality. It’s a fairly low cost respray by a PO. It’s not even a proper lotus yellow but a metallic lighter version of it. I can’t wait to get it off later this year, especially with the awful black triangle below and the incorrect body coloured bumpers.
