The most beautiful, smartest, funniest, most gorgeous person I have ever known slipped away peacefully and pain-free, cuddled in my arms, at 3.35 this afternoon.

You fought long and hard Jennifer but it was not to be.

Sleep well my precious darling.

Thanks for all your kind comments, they mean a lot to me. Funeral this coming Thursday, then maybe I can look at trying to piece my life back together a bit from the total vacuum it's in just now

So sorry to hear this David. Your devotion was truly special and I am sure her last hours, cradled by you, were precious for you both.

Remember the laughs, the smiles, the giggles and jokes, and the cuddles. The good times.

The way she passed, in your arms was at least the way she would have wanted.

I was shocked when I saw the title, and so sad for you.
Strange how you can get attached to people you've never met. Your updates painted a beautiful picture of your time together and at least you were together in the end as well.

Dave, it's been equally painful and heart rending reading your updates. 

I am sure I speak for everyone when I say we will be thinking of you and all your family on Thursday and we all send our love and support your way.

Jennifer's life seemed full of Love and that must be a comfort for you. If you ever need to chat you know where we are (and where I am, happy to call you if you need a shoulder or just chat).

@C8RKH Thank you so much for being there today Andy. All the support from family and friends has been almost overwhelming.

Emma, the celebrant, really delivered with her service and I'd like to think that we did my precious Jennifer proud.

Both Wendy and I are so sorry we could not make it and really happy to hear Andy made it. Our thoughts were with you on the day as they have been over this past year or so. We will catch up shortly.
