£429 renewel from aib for the insurance with value at 32k is that an ok price ?? (evora s1 na)

Your paying about £160 more than I pay for my Evora 410, value £60k and business use.  I don't have track day cover on it but do earn more NCB on it

God doesn't want me, and the Devil isn't finished with me yet.

The small print.

My comments and observations are my own, invariably "tongue in cheek", and definitely, sarcastic in nature. Therefore, do not take my advice, suggestions, observations or posts seriously or personally and remember if you do, do anything, that I may have suggested, then you have done this based solely on your own decision to do so and therefore you acknowledge responsibility and accountability (I know, in this modern world these are the hardest things for you to accept) for your actions and indemnify me of any influence, responsibility, accountability, or liability, in what you have done. In other words, you did it, so suffer the consequences on your own!

Ooohhh, good luck with that wm

Next year give FJ a call. No affiliation but they insure my Evora and 2 M100 Elan's on a group policy for a touch over £520. Euro cover, GVS, scrappage scheme, 5k miles etc....

Insurance renewal seems to be a bit strange (for my non Lotus cars) over the last year. Normally it increases by x% on renewal and I shop around - and never give them an opportunity to requote. Both cars last renewal was cheaper than the previous year - so I didn't look elsewhere. RAC & Direct Line.

Admiral insurance premiums have fallen over the past 18 months on my two non-Lotus policies.

Both renewal quotes were less by over 10%. A phone call saw a further reduction. A polite further enquiry, gave another reduction.

I did shop around a few years ago but it came to light that many multi car policy insist all cars and drivers live at the same address. Admiral do not require this.

I even enquired with Renault Insurance.....who wouldn't quote on the 5GT turbo.

Wow, I've had living wills drawn up starting 10 years ago.  In fact, we had to update it when my mother-in-law passed away to modify the beneficiaries.  Yes, it does help to have this in place in cases of emergency.  It also makes it easier on family members.   I'm so sorry to hear that Covid prevented your PoA.  That's very unfortunate timing.

Jennifer has her own schedule in regards to healing.  She still may surprise you and the doctors.  Please hang in there.  This is a lot for one person to handle so please ask for help from family members and friends.

Looks a bit like a pic I posted some time ago, when I broke one of the french doors.
