Not sure if this is recent or relevant but I bought a '97 Esprit V8 last month for $78K. Only 15K miles and in mint condition but it had been stored for a while and needs some work.

 

p.s. When I was looking, there were only four available in the US that met the specs I wanted and three of them had salvage titles. I bought the one that didn't have a salvage title.

£15000 for a SE with no bids now back on.

£18200 reserve not met on this rather nice turbo

You wouldn’t have seen this several months ago.

The best cars will always be sought by the collectors at a premium but for the everyday person now’s the time to strike if you’ve been priced out over recent years with the classic boom.

No doubt both these beauties will find new enthusiasts soon 🤞🏼

I saw that and again a good price albeit the SE is a better proposition and nicer car.

Mind this has to be the bargain, a S1 in bits advertised for £7500 on our own classifieds. The seller is looking at closer to £15k which is still very cheap for a S1 these days and the least I’ve seen one go for in many years. Good body with no sunroof either!

I have to agree, but I am rather biased. Probably the only V8 I've seen recently that I would consider. I could swap it for mine and SWMBO would never know 😆 (yes dear, I've just upgraded the wheels and refurbed the interior......)
