Dragged out of hibernation for first ever MOT. Getting to the test on Cup 2’s on B roads, with the front splitter acting as a snow plough was an interesting experience. I’ll make sure to move the test date next year!

You can do the MOT test a month before it's due. You certainly don't want to be booting it in snow and ice on Cup tyres 🤔

Or take a hit and have your MOT done at the end of autumn. It'll only cost under a tenner in lost MOT fees.

God doesn't want me, and the Devil isn't finished with me yet.

The small print.

My comments and observations are my own, invariably "tongue in cheek", and definitely, sarcastic in nature. Therefore, do not take my advice, suggestions, observations or posts seriously or personally and remember if you do, do anything, that I may have suggested, then you have done this based solely on your own decision to do so and therefore you acknowledge responsibility and accountability (I know, in this modern world these are the hardest things for you to accept) for your actions and indemnify me of any influence, responsibility, accountability, or liability, in what you have done. In other words, you did it, so suffer the consequences on your own!

100 miles or so on the still damp roads and this was the result - still looks good though, even after a dirty stop-out.

good to see its back on the road.

@exeterjeep Still awaiting the repair to the front unfortunately, although the bodyshop are finally hoping to have all the necessary bits within the next couple of weeks. Everything seems to be made of Unobtainium these days, :(.

It'll be great not to have to keep playing 'dodge the speedhump' and remembering not to use the screenwashers if the headlights are on.

I just noticed in the second picture I posted above, that there is a symmetrical pattern to the levels of dirt deposited on the rear - that diffuser must be doing something, .
