Looks like one of those Spot the Difference pictures. The other photo probably shows her wearing two socks, a wing mirror missing, an extra cloud in the sky and a boat on the horizon.

That’s true. I’ve just googled some images and that appears to be an LHD French registered car photographed on the 2019 Castles Rally, which was a sports car touring event in France. None of the 20 Lotus Motorsport cars were red, so that could be a Swizz Beatz wrap or an aftermarket, possibly Mansory GTE conversion. I think the original Swizz Beatz car was still for sale at Stratton back then.
