Their holding up really well. I havent really touched them yet since they were polished last year. (apart from cleaning off the usual road grime, brake dust etc) They still have their mirror finish. Lovely!

However I havent done that much driving this year, what with redoing the dash, heater motors etc etc then Covid on top of everything. Im also fussy about taking it out in the wet. (although I did say that I wasnt going to let that bother me).

Im trying to get as many miles on the clock as possible at the moment, and also trying to trace the oil leak.

Its ok, trundling round town and short, not over speedy trips. Only happens when I put my foot down on the motorway say and at a constant 70. However I WILL find it!

Posing up and down Blackpool promenade get loads of thumbs up and nice comments. Good job they can't see underneath!

Thanks Steve, always good info. What do you mean by the = 10953 ?

1980 domestic production FYEO spec cars, 10928 white heat, 10953 and 10954.

There was one RHD export to Hong Kong 10939 white/brown.

Nice car but I think the wheels on the photo are not the original Compomotive!

Surely, Sparky didn’t clean his Esprit, did he?

Every September, whether it needs it or not.

And someone parked a filthy V8 outside mine today.

God doesn't want me, and the Devil isn't finished with me yet.

The small print.

My comments and observations are my own, invariably "tongue in cheek", and definitely, sarcastic in nature. Therefore, do not take my advice, suggestions, observations or posts seriously or personally and remember if you do, do anything, that I may have suggested, then you have done this based solely on your own decision to do so and therefore you acknowledge responsibility and accountability (I know, in this modern world these are the hardest things for you to accept) for your actions and indemnify me of any influence, responsibility, accountability, or liability, in what you have done. In other words, you did it, so suffer the consequences on your own!
